All of our custom cart covers have the following standard features.

  • 100% Textured Polyester

  • 7.0-ounce weight

  • Stabil Twill fabric

  • Fully autoclavable

  • Double thickness on all known wear points and corners

  • Seam closures are surged with four needles (much stronger than single-stitch!)

  • Heavy-duty # 5 nickel zippers or # 10 plastic zippers

  • Matching zipper tape and threads

  • Zippers are double-stitched

  • Velcro closures upon request

  • Ties to secure sides and door flaps

  • Light blocking (optional)

  • Embroidered logo or label on covers (optional)

  • One year warranty or 75 autoclave cycles (whichever comes first)

  • Available in a variety of colors

  • Fast lead times! (6 weeks or less)
